Candidates announce run for legislature

OWEGO -- Bridget Kane and Ann Ellis will announce their intent to run for the Tioga County Legislature at 10 a.m. Sept. 7 at the fountain behind the Tioga County Courthouse.
Kane is running for District 2, and Ellis is running for District 4. Both are running as independents and created the Tioga United Party.
